Onwards, Upwards: a global vertical video on May Day 2020, under Covid-19
Adam is co-coordinating a crowdsourced initiative for filmmaker-creators living around the globe under social distancing. You can see his teaser, below, filmed on Utsira lighthouse, where Adam finds himself marooned during the pandemic.

We asked filmmakers to submit ONE VERTICAL SHOT encapsulating their lived experiences or hopes for the future on a single (extra)ordinary day in human history during the coronavirus pandemic: May Day, 1 May 2020. These shots were edited into a single Creative Commons vertical short film: Onwards, Upwards, right.

On 1 May 2020, we asked people across the planet to submit a short, vertically-framed shot expressing their hopes & experiences on May Day during Covid-19 social distancing and lockdowns. This is the crowdsourced vertical video that resulted.
